After you have your subscriptions finished you'll want to read them. To do this, first you must select the feed from the feeds and folders window, then you must get all the new stuff from this feed by start refreshing it. You can force refresh of a new added feed by pressing F5 key or selecting from the right click popup menu option refresh. After the feed is refreshed you will be shown a summary of that channel and its currently available stories. A brief description of each story will also be included if provided by the channel publisher.

AgileRss keeps track of each feed item and tags the new ones with an icon depending the current selected icons theme, it also provide you the information about number of new items received for every feed, and if it has unread articles.
